The “Black Life in Germany"-Series continues with German award-winning theater:

"Am Ende der Revolution (At the End of the Revolution)" is “a poetically musical journey from the past into the future.”
At its core, it’s a play about being fed up with gradual social change. It critically questions Germany’s memory culture via an exploration of Black-led resistances in Germany.

From artist activists like the well-known poet May Ayim to lesser-known figures like pianist Kwasi Bruce and protest singer Fasia Jansen, "Am Ende der Revolution" offers a change of perspective regarding whitewashed German history, by a diverse group of people that make up the Hamburg-based artist collective FORMATION**NOW.
